HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ORDERS TO SHIP?
EVERY PIECE IS MADE TO ORDER AND USUALLY PRODUCED WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS OF PURCHASE.
AFTER PRODUCTION IS COMPLETED, ORDERS WILL SHIP. ON AVERAGE, ORDERS WILL ARRIVE AFTER SHIPPING WITHIN 9-14 BUSINESS DAYS.
IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SHIPPING EMAIL AFTER 3 WEEKS, PLEASE CONTACT US.
SOME ITEMS MAY SHIP SEPARATELY. YOU WILL RECEIVE TRACKING FOR EACH SHIPMENT.
US TARIFFS?
OUR PRODUCTS WILL SHIP WITH TARIFFS AND DUTIES PREPAID FOR ANY ORDERS IN THE UNITED STATES SO YOU WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL FEES WHEN THEY ARRIVE. FOR ORDERS IN OTHER COUNTRIES DUTY FEES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
YES, WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.
OUR COMPANY IS BASED IN THE UNITED STATES BUT OUR PRODUCT SHIPS DIRECTLY FROM OUR PARTNER FACTORY IN CHINA.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS TO COUNTRIES OTHER THAN THE UNITED STATES MAY ENCOUNTER CUSTOMS DUTY FEES WHEN THEY ENTER THE DESTINATION COUNTRY. LOCAL CUSTOMS INSPECT PACKAGES RANDOMLY DURING CLEARANCE, AND ONLY THOSE THAT ARE SELECTED MAY REQUIRE TARIFFS. THE FEES ARE BASED ON THE DESTINATION AND THE REGULATIONS OF THE COUNTRY BEING SHIPPED TO. THERE ARE DIFFERENT IMPORT PROCEDURES DETERMINED BY THE CUSTOMS LAWS IN THE DESTINATION COUNTRY. THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS DUTY FEES IF APPLICABLE.
CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
EVERY ITEM ON OUR SITE IS MADE TO ORDER. DUE TO THIS, WE WILL ONLY CONSIDER RETURNS FOR MISPRINTED/DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK OUT OUR SIZING GUIDES IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS TO MAKE SURE THE PRODUCT YOU'RE ORDERING WILL FIT.
ANY CLAIMS FOR MISPRINTED/DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER THE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED. FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT, ALL CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED NO MORE THAN 2 WEEKS AFTER THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE.
WHAT DO I DO IF I SUBMITTED MY ORDER WITH AN INCORRECT ADDRESS?
WE MAY BE ABLE TO ADJUST AND CORRECT THE MISTAKE IF YOU REACH OUT TO US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER. PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY IF ANY MISTAKES WERE MADE WHEN SUBMITTING THE ORDER.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED BUT HASN'T ARRIVED?
CONTACT US CONFIRMING THAT THE ADDRESS PROVIDED WITH YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT.
IF THE PACKAGE WAS UNABLE TO BE DELIVERED DUE TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS BEING PROVIDED WHEN THE ORDER WAS PLACED (CUSTOMER ERROR), THEN WE WILL CHARGE A 30% FEE OF THE TOTAL ORDER TO REPRODUCE AND RESHIP YOUR ORDER.
